hi all, i'm back on weight watchers after not doing so well on SBD, and after having a baby(ok so it took me awhile), but i know what i need to do. we are a military family, so i dont have family or many friends near for the support i need, so that's what i'm here for! hope we can beat the battle of the bulge together!

south beach diet failing when trying phase 1 for the third time?
i'm kind of having the same problem. it helped for me to re-read parts of the sbd book. i'm losing slower than i have the other times i've done it. but i AM losing, and that's what keeps me going. also, maybe try a little exercising? i hate it, but i try to do it if i can! good luck! it'll happen, just stick to your guns!
