So, I went out to dinner with a friend to this Japanese restaurant.. and I SOO splurged on sushi. OMG. it was freaking awesome. I think I found a new guilty pleasure.
Also, I went to the local health food store that does organic and natural produce and products and such.. picked up some carob covered cashews, made with barley malt (the sweetner) and no dairy. I'll have to do some research to see what the calorie intake is on these, but for a "chocolatey" pleasure, they're worth it. I also bought some carob chips (sweetened with barley malt instead of sugar and milk) to make some sort of healthful something or other..instead of using chocolate chips. We shall see what I can concoct.
Still haven't picked up that work out video. I dunno what kind to get. Thinking about shopping online instead, that way I won't have to drag out the stroller, and baby's belongings on a hot ass day tomorrow.
Off to do an assessment in my final days of class.
