I thought today I did pretty well on keeping it "low"... not necessarily really low, but a girl's gotta eat.. and I like every meal with some sort of protein. I'm beginning to wonder if I should do like a protein shake and some sort of veggie for lunch or breakfast. Maybe try that out.. or just a smoothie for breakfast.

I dunno.

But today, my son and I went shopping for some cute shirts, and I bought this beautifully sexy dress as motivation. It's in my size, but it runs a little small, so I'm going to hang it up so I can look at it everyday, and work on looking DEAD sexy in that thing. Plus, I need to get in the game if I wanna look good in it, THIS summer..lol. Summer ends pretty fast around here.. well, granted, it still stays well into the 70's into October.. but it's a party/date dress.. So, gotta look hot and not soooo mooshy. :)

I did some Shapely Secrets today. You wouldn't think it's that difficult considering it's only done in 7 minutes, but OMG it works everything. I'm STILL sore as I type this right now. So, I've decided i'm going to do that every other day, and just do some sort of workout dvd/tape that we've got here that's a cardio/strength training type thing. I went to Walmart today, and couldn't find but like 5 workout videos.. and none of them were fun. I dunno..I still might hit up Amazon to see what I can find.
