Well, its my birthday and I stepped on the scales this morning---gained a couple, not sure what pushed the numbers as I haven't indulged or over indulged. Oh well, I am still happy with ME! My birthday present to myself this year has been a new start for new health! to date I have lost 30 lbs, got my diabetes in the best control over the most months ever, I have not let my arthritis rule my daily life, increase my mobility, and changed my ideas and approach to eating! I hve also got a great support team here at FS and haven't driven my family crazy with carbs! LOL
The first half of the year is done and if I do as good the second half, I will have had a very successfull year. How many people are still accomplishing their New Year's Resoultion in JULY?? :) The chocolate truffle will have to wait awhile but I am okay with that. My obsession with Chocolate is mostly in fun, though I have noticed for years that one chocolate dessert leads to another, and craving for CHOCOLATE. Its sooooo easy to get hooked on the chocolate, gooey, sinful, sweet taste.
Now, I am concentrating on the "plan" for the next 6 months---gotta keep the weight loss happening and get back to the pool for water exercising.
