Weeeee - back down again! That makes sticking strictly to a low calorie day yesterday worth all the effort!! :)
142.2 lb Lost so far: 67.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks, girls! I still don't quite understand this weightloss process - how do I lose next to nothing in one week and then have a big loss the next, with virtually no difference in my net calorie intake?? Still, I'm not going to complain, as long as it keep going down! :)

Yay, keep sliding down there Leanne... those 130s are in sight! ;o) The science of weight-loss is bewildering... if you find the answer let me know! So long as we keep going down though... just keep it up as you're doing great. :o)
