I was hoping to see a big drop this morning after having had quite a high calorie day yesterday (this might sound strange, but it does often happen!), but I guess a little drop is better than nothing!

We had a team lunch yesterday, and went to a Chinese restaurant. I was really good - having just two tiny chicken satay skewers (without the peanut dip) whilst everyone else tucked into the rest of the delicious starter platter of sesame toast, crispy seaweed, etc. I then had a (very small) vegetable curry with a single spoonful of rice. I did go a little overboard on the wine last night, but hubby just kept topping up my glass!

I'm still enjoying my daily Wii Fit sessions, and I'm looking forward to starting to add in the rest of my usual workout routine over the next couple of weeks.

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend! The weather here isn't looking promising this week, but we're going to make the most of the time it isn't raining to get outside to play in the garden!! :)

Very good!! I'm betting that the lack in expected drop is due to the high sodium in most Chinese foods?? Drink gobs of water and watch it drop again tomorrow! Do some extra gardening for me, too! :)

Awesome progress you're making! Those blue dots just keep getting closer and closer to goal line. I think you did great with your choices at the team lunch. And the wine was hubby's fault so you're in the clear! We are having a bit of unsettled weather here lately, too, so I don't know what we will be able to get done outside. On the good days, the pool has been warm enough to go swimming already (our daughter already did once!) so that is intriguing. I hope my bathing suit doesn't fall down as I am so not ready to buy another one just yet. Have a lovely day!

Thank you all! Bully - you could be right about the sodium, so I'm drinking gallons of water today! Evelyn - you be careful with that old swimsuit; we don't want to hear of any embarrassing incidents next time you take a dip!! mbhpro - thank you, all is settling down on the eye front. I'll be glad when the final stitches drop out, because I'm feeling a bit self-conscious about them, even though they're tiny. I will post another photo soon! massiverally - the Wii Fit is fab, I'm loving it!! :)

Wow, that is a lot of self control eating Chinese. It's one of my favorites and hard to control that! You are doing an excellent job, as usual!
