Holding steady at this new low. I only have 2lbs left to lose to get within my "healthy" BMI range - it'll be so great to not be classed as overweight anymore!

Yesterday was the highest calorie day of the week, although I still kept it restricted to under 1,600. I totally had the munchies yesterday, and found it really hard to stay good - but I stayed strong and didn't go overboard on the snacks I did choose!

I still can't exercise, but I did get out for another gentle walk in the fresh air, which was lovely. Not quite so sunny yesterday, but the birds were still twittering and it was still very warm, which made for a very pleasant stroll.

My cleaners come on a Friday and I was in two minds as to what to do: vacate the premises for the morning or brazen it out and hope they don't notice the black eyes? I went for the latter and I think they barely noticed! Anyway, we got on to talking about exercise, because they've noticed how much weight I've lost, and they were raving about the new Wii Fit. The thing is, I know that hubby has bought me one for our anniversary (on 4th June) - and now I'm even more excited about it and would like it early! Wouldn't that be a great thing to have when I can start to re-introduce exercise next weekend?? So, should I be patient and wait until our anniversary, or beg for an advance preview???

Have a wonderful weekend!!

That will be such a great milestone to reach - to be officially "healthy weight". You're soooo close! If hubby doesn't know you know about the anniversary gift, I would tough it out and let him have the fun of "surprising" you. Patience is difficult, I know, but it's only a few weeks!

Awesome on being so close to the healthy bmi!! Sooo yes, BEG for it!! =D lol I so would love to have the Wii for the exercise!! I would want it early, but at the same time, I also have to have my Christmas presents on Christmas and will get mad at him if he tries to give it to me early! lol I guess I could go either way,... but an anniversary is different than Christmas, so I'd go for it!! =D lol Good for you, getting noticed and talking about the weight loss!! Keep on kickin' it girl!!

Ooh - that's one vote for and one against. Evelyn - would you change you're vote if I tell you that hubby definitely know I know?? I even emailed him the link to the final mainstream store that still had them available for pre-ordering back in April! He was going to give it to me on the day it arrived, but it was me that said no, to wait, at that time - I was such a fool!!

Woohoo... roll on that drop in 2lbs eh - I checked mine after you mentioned that and think I have 3lbs... but it will be great won't it and a real milestone to have come so far. Glad you're getting out in the fresh air... it's been beautiful hasn't it - although I hope it's going to last and we get more than a few weeks of summer this year! Aw, as for the Wii... I know I'd be impatient too - but I guess if you ask for it, you will spoil his surprise. A difficult one isn't it... but I guess you could try drop some big subtle hints... like "Oh, if only we had a Wii I could do this!". Hope you're having a great weekend though and by the way you're looking fabulous in your piccy!! Is that the "new eyes" already? Wow, you look lovely and certainly can't see any black eyes!

Since the only concern anyone has expressed is ruining hubby's surprise, I think I'm going to go down the begging route - he definitely knows I know!! :) Sue - thank, yes, that was me late last night! Not the most flattery shot, being post-shower, hair rough-dried, make-up free and night cream slathered, but it shows how much the bruising/swelling has gone down already. My face is still quite stiff around the top of the cheekbones - hence the half smile - but I'm starting to see that the final results are going to be good! :)

Aw, if hubby knows that you know he's bought a Wii... then I'm sure he won't mind too much if you start begging! After all you can use the excuse that it will be beneficial to your full recovery and help you even more get to that goal!! ;o) Aw, I could really see how much the swelling has gone down already, which is amazing isn't it in such a short time. I can't wait to see the final results, as I'm sure you can't either... you can see the difference already, so it really is going to be good.
