Old scales = 150.5lb
New scales = 152.0lb

Recorded weigh-in = 60%x150.5 + 40%x152.0 = 151.1lb

So, I managed to lose a bit of the weight I put on over the weekend, despite having the worst day of the long weekend yesterday (the somewhat contradictory result of feeling fed up about the weight gain!).

Still, I'm back home and back on track today!
151.1 lb Lost so far: 58.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It will be gone in no time! It's most likely water retention from sodium! (I know you know this, but water water water!)

Thanks, Melody - I am drinking gallons of water today to try to flush it all away, so hopefully I'll get rid of some more of it by tomorrow!! :)

Yay! Good to see you didn't let it get the better of you and you have bounced back to attack it head on! Let's really push ourselves for this last week of the challenge. GO TRAILBLAZERS GO!!!!

Thanks for your support - it is scary how easy it is to go so completely off the rails with just a little bit of encouragement from those who think I've lost enough weight now! I'm going to try to catch up with you all this evening, after I finish editing all my photos, do next week's online grocery shop and this evening's workout... OK - I might not actually manage to catch up with you all until tomorrow!! ;)

Aw, are you dealing with those that think you've lost enough weight too! I got a lecture on the phone last night from my mum when I happened to mention that I could fit into some size 10's trousers and skirts... suddenly it wasn't "oh fabulous"... it was "Don't you go getting TOO thin!" Hmm, yeah right.. lol...I'll show her my belly when I next see her, then she'll realise that I still have a way to go!! I'm glad to see the weight dropping off already though... back on track for a few days and I have no doubts that you can work some magic. ;o)
