lovergirl654's Journal, 16 April 2010

End of Week 8. Upset with myself that I messed up 4 days out of the 7 day week, which made the last three good days not really count for much. I even walked home from work yesterday...well walked halfway home. I weigh 360, which is what I weighed two days ago. Husband and I made a pack to stop buying more than one pack of string cheese so that we canavoid eating more than like 5 peices in one day (gotta give like 2 to our toddler). So that should help with my cheese binges. Missed my goal of seeing the 350's this week which is so dissapointing and my goal of being 357, but am hopeful for next week as I will not stray...I can not afford to as I have goals to reach by my bday and stuff. So I hope to step on the scale REAL soon (like tomorrow) and finally see the 350s, nonetheless my GOAL for next Fridays official weigh in date is 356, which would be a 4 pound loss. Its very obtainable if I stick to my promise! Why is this so hard, it seems
so easy. Nonetheless, I have no time for a sob story, I just have to keep moving forward and the scale will move....so I will stick with the fact that the scale was broke this morning and will be fixed when it moves down. :-) hehe

Don't be so down on yourself! You've come so far and you'll continue to go whether it is in leaps and bounds or in just baby steps. The silver lining is that you didn't gain! You'll pull through this week, I know you can do it!

each meal is a new start to staying focused and on track..if it was easy...everyone would be a success story...when you mess up best thing to do is forgive yourself an move on...the more you work at staying on track, then the easier it will be to not mess up so much...it takes time an determination....
