Where can I buy the cayenne pepper supplement? I have also heard of adding the maple syrup I'm just not wanting to add those carbs. Thanks so much hyperlite....I truly appreciate it.

I agree hyperlite76, though nobody said to eat hot peppers in lieu of exercise. Cayenne suppliments are a waste of money, you can get way more out of a $6 container of cayenne powder than you can out of a $20 30 day supply of pills. Suppliments of this type are just a money making scheme.

I bought the pills from Pilgrim's Pride. My husband opens them and puts it in his coffee lol I cannot do that. I just swallow the pills. Not sure if they help, have lost two pounds in last month though, and was stuck for awhile. Is it the pills or getting outside to walk, would say the latter. They are suppose to be good for inflammation too, though. That's why hubby takes them. It's just pepper extract, so I figured it's not something "man made". Every little bit helps. Good luck.

I know many walmarts sell empty gelatin capsules. Fill 'em up, pop them in your mouth, knock it back with a little water. No more taste. :D $5 for a hundred maybe?

My goodness I thank everyone for the wonderful feedback. Everyone has been most helpful.
I will absolutely get the gel capsules, I can even use them for my kelp powder...NICE!
I'm also gonna check out savory spices downtown. One for the ghost pepper and two because I imagine their spices are purer than what I would buy say at walmart or king soopers.
Thanks for all the info on deboning the fish Sciguy this will def make my plight easier. The eclipse was awesome! I set my alarm clock just to get up to view it and called all of my family to remind them.....they think I'm nuts but hey so what.
Nice to know it also helps with inflammation ChristyF
Thanks a million again everyone

These supplements are $9.

Don't eat ghost peppers, they are the hottest pepper in the world and would give you a heart attack before dropping any fat. Cinnamon and vinegar help control insulin, that's why eaten them with carbs is notable because it effects the spike. Apple cider vinegar is the best of all these options. You'll want to look at oolong tea as well.

Pilgrim's Pride has free shipping and I think I got 5 bottles for $14.95. They always have deals. This one was buy two and get three free. They have all kinds of supplements and I've never had a problem with them (the company). I wanted to see the eclipse... did not wake up, my bad :P
