I had a few higher calorie days last week - still within RDI - but it must have been enough to keep me "stuck on stupid."
The "Idiot Box" fluctuated over the weekend and today's weigh-in was the same as one week ago. So, no loss this week.
The closer to my initial goal I get, the more difficult losing fat seems to be for me. I am dedicated, determined, and diligent and will get there eventually!
Yup, Dedicated, Determined and Diligent! The triple D's! (Better than being DDD in size, right?)
ADDENDUM: SO, even though I do not see the scale moving, something must be happening because in the last week, I have had SIX people comment on my weight loss and say I look smaller! WOOT!
Still grateful for:
- The people I love who love me back! - The good health of my loved ones - My FS Buddies who support and encourage me to continue - "Butt-kicking" myself to a smaller size today
