What a long day for me yesterday....12 hours at work ugh...and I have Mono...Totally exhausted...so today 1/2 day for me at work. Need to come home and rest and take it easy.

I have noticed for the past couple of days I am getting hunger pains...I have realized I am not bringing enough snacks to work...so that is what I am doing today...being prepared. I can only eat soooo much at one sitting (breakfast,lunch & dinner) So to curb my grumbling belly, I will eat some healthy snacks. I also drink lots of water which seems to help the belly...but sometimes it just needs a little food.

Born to be wild Challenge Wooo Hooo...I'm so excited...Just what I need to get to my goal of 123lbs for Vegas. Glad to help out where I can...My only downfall I am seeing is excercise...With having Mono I am too tired to physically do it...and we must do what is right for our bodies...and everytime I think I may be getting better, I feel tired all over again ugh...I think what I may do is maybe 15 mins intervals...15 in the morning...15 at night...I have to see what works for me and take care of me, so that I don't get worse.

Mono my goodness I must have missed a couple of your blogs. They say even a little excercise will help build up your immunity but don't over do it! God love you for your will power. You are a strong beautiful woman! I have the same issue with hunger pains. I keep cucumber with me lately for something to munch on at the work. Keep up your good work!

Oh no, bummer about the mono! I've had that before and it's no fun! You are absolutely right about taking care of you and listening to your body! It sounds like you are taking the right steps with the hunger pains and grumbling stomach. Mine was pretty bad in the beginning too but it will go away somewhat so hang in there. You sound motivated through it all, I'm very proud of you! Keep up the good work and get lots of rest so you get better soon!!

Sorry you are sick. Just do what you can. Don't push too too hard till you get better. I have found that a 30 pistachios snack really helps with the hunger pangs. Just make sure you keep it at 30.
