Good Morning Everyone...DAY 1 is Today!!!!
I must say I am feeling excited about this. I have in the past (probably 4-5 years ago)excercised and ate healthy. However with some rough patches in the past couple years...that all went out the window. Yup i'm only 133lbs...and some may say it is not heavy...but for me it is I'm only 5'0 and small - medium frame. And I haven't been happy with my weight in a long time. So I am excited to start this...a new journey for me. I woke up this morning energized...not enough to workout :)...but enough to get all my breakfast and lunch items packed in my little neon green lunchbox. When I get home today I will put the excercise in...slowly...as I said it has been years.

It's great to be excited, I think you lose more weight that way, rather than being gloomy about the weight loss!

Niki, when I got up to 133 I knew I was much bigger than I ever was but everyone kept telling me, "Oh dont worry, you're still small, you don't have any weight to lose." The next thing I knew I couldnt stop it and I became 173 with serious heart issues. I'm a smidgen under 5'3. You are so right in taking the proper steps now, go for it! This is a great plan and I am sure you will do great! I'm so excited to see how your first week goes. Just get through it and remember, nothing taste as good as thin feels and you journal here, also note your food ok...it will help more than you realize. Im so excited for you geesh!

Hmmmmm....I don't know If I am supposed to continue on this journal or start a new one???? DECISIONS LOL. It 4:30pm and I am doing wonderful today...I am still not a 100% well...but I am 200% committed to SBD. I am sure somewhere down the road I may feel differnetly...I will eventaully miss my high carbs...but seriously 2 weeks...come on I CAN DO IT!!! Truth is I have done it before, I will do it again.
I hope you all are having a terrific day. Thanks for dropping me notes...I am like a kid in a candy store (oops sorry for those who are missing it...I don't like sweets)...I enjoy receiving posts and emails...you guys are the best.

Hey niki 13 dont let anyone tell you what you should weigh. I can remember being thin but just wanting to tone and loose a few pound and people acted like I was doing something wrong because I was already thin enought for them. But you know your body and you know what is right for you. So good luck and you will get to your goal weight. you have the right attitude
