Butterfly30's Journal, 02 September 2009

I gained! But I am not convinced that it is weight. I know that I am bloated and swollen. Shia, I am serious I need accountability! I want to work out more but just lack drive right now. On the plus side I woke up with my sugar level at 140. That is a lot better than before. So today I am going to attempt that track again. Please pray that I get my butt in gear. This freakin marathon is coming up in May and I must prepare for it.

What a mess I am...

You gained weight but not fat, forget about it, you are fine! Keep your eyes on the scale and face your destiny. :-)

Hey Splendid this is a team effort we can do it together! But I want to be at my goal by Dec 2010 and off of insulin, that would give me a weight loss of 6 pounds per month in 16 months!

Thats definately a goal I think you can achive based up what you normally do for exercise and diet so I'm here if and when you need me. As everyone else is :)

Girlfriend! Don't sweat it! The scale will go up and down for this entire weight loss journey. It very well could just be water weight so DRINK UP (water, that is..LOL) . Do you keep a food journal? I have found that keeping a food journal is VERY helpful to me. I'm using weight watcher points so that I know when I've had my maximum limit of food for the day, and it has helped me tremendously. I tend to "forget" what I've eaten during the day if I don't keep track of it. I write it down even if I screw up. Then at the end of the week when I weigh in, I can go back through my food journal to see why I lost or gained and if I gained I know why I gained and know what foods I need to stay away from. Keep hanging in there. You're doing Great! :-)

Next week we will be in the gym!!! YES WE WILL! :) I am getting over some weird sickness. Pressure in my chest, sore throat, and a recent mild asthma attack with a fast heart rate? How odd. Anyways, I am feeling better compared to yesterday and will be there first thing monday to sweat my butt off! <~~~ Literally! LOL, I LOVE YOU NAY

Lee Lee my love...All I want to do is run! Run like I have never ran before...I am so looking forward to having you back in the gym. After the gym I am going to go and run! LOL It is getting so cool in the evening now that being out doors really is refreshing for me; however, I need my sit-ups and jumping jacks, etc...I love you too butter cup! Have a great Thrusday. Kiss my nephews for me. Feel better soon. Mauh...!
