I have been away for a while (in fact, years). I allowed my goals and Dreams to go to the waste side. With the battle of depression from the highs and lows of life, I finally determined that I need to love me more. With that in focus, I am becoming my new dream and that is to live. Whole living, mind, body, soul and spirit.

Oh so quick recap on where the he'll I have been.
I am now a teacher...Yep I am an educator/banker! My jobs have been keeping me busy. I am so fortunate to be an educator. It feels so good to encourage my students to hang-in-there because education and experience is important for success!!!
Last night, two of my students commented how much the felt up-lifted by my words! I tell you; trying to motivate and encourage adults is a challenge. One thing that I found, is that everyone desires is love and acceptance. Acceptance for imperfections and assistance in finding ones strengths can lead to a pathway of peace and contentment.

Well I am back...
I decided that I need to write about my journey again as it has been a long haul. I am glad to be back! Hello, all and I have missed you!
Today, I feel refreshed and full of hope! I am not at weight goal yet, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I feel beautiful, loved, and graced with amazing support.
As far as diet, I am on 1100 cals and 20 net carbs. This works best for me in weight loss. I also am running now. I am not a runner; however, I am running on the treadmill. I can now run for 4 mins without stopping. I am proud of my accomplishments and thankful to be on this journey with all of you!!!
