Wow its amazing that my body allowed me to pack on much weight. Soon it might just say screw man i quit and the next person I might see is St. Peter at the pearly gates. I won't say that its do or die time but its darn near close.

For most of the second half of my adult life I've been hearing you gotta lose weight and I love to workout but the weight wasn't comming off as well as I liked then I'd stop working out. Now i think i might of found the way to watch what I eat and see restults thru Fat Secret. I was by chance that I broke my old cell phone and I brougjt a G1. They have a calorie counter app that connects with site and in the short time i've been using this it really has been eye opening to the new disipline I have now that i can see what I'm cosumning in calories. Its so exciting that it almost made me want to pay my cellphone bill before it comes due :)

My plan of attack is eventually work out 6-7 days a week and eat anywhere between 1400-1800 a day. I'll probably stay in the 1400 range with the 1800 maybe a day where i was out eating dinner or someplace where ii couldn't see too many healthy choices (no pun intended Healthy Choice) Again the emphasis will be on balanced eating thanks to the calorie coumter app to help me make smart food choices.

One more thing. I like the energy that comes from everyone here trying encourage everyone on make their lifestyle goals. That makes me feel good that i have such good taste in people :)

RDI calculation
Try going to livestrong.com and I think they have calorie burned calculations for manual farm work. You might have to set up an account but they have a might bigger calorie burned database than FS. Good luck.

95.8 pounds gone in 6 months!
Actually if you hit that link in the first post, she has pics up showing 123 lbs lost to date. Outstanding work. Hope to follow in your footsteps.
