SUNDAY

Even though I weigh in on Thursdays, I always feel Sunday is the end of my DIET WEEK. Mayb its because of years of saying "I'll Start my Diet on Monday". I really have been great on food and energy side, also even though not Doing a good exercise programme, but here I go again "I'll Start my EXERCISE on Monday". But I have to Back to College, so will get plenty of exercise in today, also The College offers very cheap or free exercise classes. I did BOXERCISE and PILATES last yr. I loved the BOXERCISE I used to be so energised after it, but I seemed to have got no Benifit from PILATES. Think its because I only joined it because other girls did.

FOOD

Breakfast

Well decided as Sunday is my longest day, I would have Brunch instead of Breakfast. TREATED MYSELF, I always have a 1 egg omellete, today I had 2. It was nice to see a yellow instead of a white omellete,2 slices W.W Bread. Enjoyed.

MEALS

Have all my food entered in to my Food Diary already. I have Mozzarella cheese near its due day, so Im going to try a Pizza. Using Tortilla as a base. But suprised at high in POINTs it is so mite change it to 2 heals of Bread instead, Same points but much more filling.

Try a whole wheat pita bread for the base. It is more substantial that the tortilla or bread and gets nice and crispy. I think it is 2 or 3 pts but is worth it. You can lower the cheese and up the vegis in exchange for the substance.

what i found good about pilates, is its a great workout, and a good way of stretchin at the same time...easy moves, that work a person into a sweat and at same time limbers up your body...

I thought that should have happened as well, stretching etc, but every 1 there was going "ouch, oh that hurts" so I thought I was doingsomething wrong, I asked the instructer and he wnt through it with me, He said I was double jointed, I never knew this, and as we were only at the begininers stage, I would reap little benefit, but when I got to more advance class I would get great benifit but I think I just dont like it, deep down, Im a noisy person, think its bit too calm for me,

I also like to slice up a turkey pepperoni or ham on my pizza - low points and adds a great taste. Great deal to have low cost/free exercise at the college. I think Pilates takes longer to show results because it is more for core strength and flexibility, if I'm not mistaken. Cardio always seems to steal the show with it's faster, more noticeable results.

Yes I saw them, going to do 1 of them my next together with my pals. evelyn, thats true about cardio coming out on top. but when I did Boxerise I was on a buzz for few days, just found out 2day there is a drop in class in the center I go swimming to. So Ill think I'LL pick Tues as my new challanage "PUSH" exercise day, Kory has youth club that day, so I can def plan that day. Thanks for all the tips

Hey on the pita as a base- I found a very low cal, 1 pt pita at Walmart in their deli section. I haven't made that pizza in quite a while, so thanks for the reminder!

Had the pizza, used thin heals/(crust end of sliced loaf o bread), Could have been nicer but still enjoyed, thats my problem I love all food and any concoction, but next time I'll add a drop of salsa sauce, and put less tomatoe paste on them, But they were very filling. And kids said they smelt lovely. Im very proud of mysel this last 3 weeks, I,ve been very focus even though there was not a good routine in my life, I think its the first time I didnt CHEAT or FOOL mysef about what I ate.

Must admit, I'm not a great lover of pilates or yoga either, but they do seem to be quite good at shrinking inches. But what I have found more challenging is my DVD Pilates DynaBand Workout from Lucy Knight. Grrahh, I can't find my DVD at the moment, which is annyoying as I've been dying to do this one again myself! The added resistance of the band though helps produce faster results and is a great alternative to weight training. Just thought I'd mention in case you might like something like that instead. :o)

Is the fat free mozerella cheese high in points? I don't do WW, so I have no clue what the point system is. If it's not very high, then it might be worth checking into. I think it's just as good as the regular mozerella!
