Made it for my family for brunch this morning and it was a HIT!!!! Everyone, well except my husband - he's weird, liked it...I added more cranberries for a more tart taste :)

I'm making these for breakfast today, everyone seems to love them so far. Its also a great recipe for the few in my family who are diabetic. It's a huge muffin but only 6.75 grams of sugar. This will surely please their cravings.

Something went terribly wrong with my batch..they were not well liked at all and unfortunatly they had to be tossed. (they also looked nothing like the picture so it may have been my doing)

These are a very dense muffin. I often take a seedless orange and grind it up, peel and all, in the food processor. It makes a wonderful counterpoint to the cranberries. I have also used apples, nuts, and applesauce(instead of the milk). They are really best if you let them sit for several hours for the flavors to blend. My favorites so I have to limit myself!
