Pumpkin Pie

Soft and moist baked treat for dessert.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Beat eggs in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture to eggs.
  5. Gradually pour in evaporated milk. Mix well.
  6. Pour mixture into the pie crust.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
