This was yummy and my kids loved it. This is allowed a few times during the 11 day diet and I found it to be filling.

This was okay. I used more pineapple and orange juice. I'm going to try it again because my banana might have been a little ripe yet. My 2 year old liked it too.

This is a great Smoothie but I substituted the vanilla and dairy-milk with vanilla soy-milk. Also added a Tbsp local Bee-pollen.

I used frozen fruit. I had more mango than pineapple, but it was tasty. I also used plain soy milk instead of skim. I'm always looking for smoothie recipes, more so, as of late and this is definitely one I'll add to my repertoire!
