Tortilla Pizza

A healthy version of a family favorite. Customize the toppings to your preferences. Sprinkle with chili flakes if you like your pizza spicy!

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 390ºF.
  2. Place the tortilla on a baking tray and evenly spread the pizza sauce over the tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the vegetable toppings over the pizza, followed by the sliced or grated mozzarella and grated cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
