Loaded Mashed Cauliflower

A low carb dish that's great alternative for mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Air fry bacon until crispy or desired texture is achieved.
  2. Pan fry peppers until softened.
  3. Slice green onions and measure out cheddar cheese.
  4. Add all ingredients to mashed cauliflower.
  5. Bake mashed cauliflower according to packaging directions or until cheese has melted.
