I've struggled with my weight for my entire life, only really cared for the past few years and I've had some wild fluctuations since then. I lost 100lb at one point, put half of that on again and now I'm losing it again. It'll take time but I'll get there.

Where are you on the Global Fat Scale?
Hmm... Well I've given myself two readings cos I'm only in the 15-29 age range for another 5 months.. I've got a BMI of 27.

In the 15-29 range I'm higher than 79% in the UK and 91% in the rest of the world. I'm Greece.

Supposing I don't pile a load of weight on when I get to the 30-44 range I'm lower than 53% in the UK and higher than 77% in the world. I'm Australia.

Interesting that according to my "ideal weight" I'd be below average for UK and world.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself far too often. Usually first thing in the morning and sometimes last thing at night. I know we naturally gain weight during the day and we're lightest at the morning, but it's a good feeling to see that at night, you're lighter than you were in the morning last week. I suppose it's a double edged sword getting weighed everyday, it can be a little obsessive which can be dangerous but on the other hand when it's going good it's good encouragement and when it's going bad it's a kick up the backside. When I was piling the weight on I never got weighed at all, it just crept up on me without me even thinking about it. Maybe if I did I'd have scared myself into doing soemthing about it sooner.

I love my newfound collarbones!

Yes! I kinda have a thing for collarbones and I forgot about mine. Same with cheekbones and dimples. Besides that.. eh, I guess I like my height and hairline.

Before and After, anyone?
Thanks Very Happy. Yeah, I'm thinking another 20lb/9kg and that's me done. I've had a hair cut since then too, that's probably accounted for a couple of pounds Razz
