Good morning! i am a mother of 2 boys (ages 7 & 10), a wife of a very hardworking man. my other baby is my 2 1/2 yo dog named duke! In my spare time, i work full time as a terminal manager including customer service, dispatcher, & overlooking our terminal in the trucking industry. i currently oversee 50 drivers, 3 mechanics, 1 detaiiler, & 1 jr dispatcher :) i LOVE my LIFE!! I have been on many yoyo diets but my friend, Es has introduced me to atkins so i thought id check it out & as of right now, really enjoy it but just want to make sure i am doing it right! :) i am another person who is addicted to chocolate so need to look into the bars & shakes for the induction phase :)
