Great flavor and a good family meal. I ate mine over lettuce as a salad, and my husband and kids ate theirs as pulled pork sandwiches. Good reviews from all! I'm in the maintenance phase (have been for over a year) and I actually dropped two pounds the day after eating this, though that was not my intent.

This turned out great, tender and was super easy! I added a little bit of salsa and some anaheim peppers to the crock-pot. I ate mine with a whole wheat tortilla taco style minus the cheese and it was delicious and low calories/fat!

Wonderful! everyone just raved about it. Made Carnita Tacos with corn tortillas, lettuce, tomato, green onion, sour cream and cheese. 2 tacos, only 251 calories.

Very yummy, and make a ton of food! I loved how the meat fell apart, and the flavor was great. I didn't really know what to put with it, so I just ended up eating it with some FF refried beans and FF sour cream. One day I even made and open face sandwich with it. Was unclear on what 1 serving size is.
