I am 40 years young! :) I have 2 boys 14 & 18 as well as 2 stepsons 11 & 15, all of which keep me very busy with sports, band and listening to their "girlfriend" dilemas. I work a desk job and work hard to be healthy and provide healthy meals for my family. Well let's just face it, my husband is the only one besides me who wants to eat healthy. I enjoy outdoor sports, like fishing, camping, hiking and gardening! I am married to my wonderful husband of only 4 years whom I enjoy spending time at the gym with as well as encouraging each other and supporting on decisions that involve our family as well as learning to blend a step family, which by the way is a challenge, but well worth every bit of what we put into it. I am also adored by my best friend "Lucy" my soon to be 4 year old Shih-Tzu. She's the angel in my life. Oh and yes my husband is My Best Friend, just Lucy is my 4 legged best friend. Watching my food choices is a lifetime committment and I want to live for a very long time, so I commit to research daily how to make me healthier.

Is anyone using the Calorie Counter for BlackBerry from Fatsecret?
Nesa and I both have Blackberry Curve and we are in the US and have Blackberry App World, still unable to locate it. Stinks that it is "Awesome". Rub it in, please!

What the...?
BlkEssence, you should never eat so few calories, what is happening in your case is that your body is converting to starvation mode so every single thing you eat it is storing and coverting to fat. I know because I did this and a nutrionist at my Dr.'s office told me that it's like back in the cave man days, God made our bodies this way to protect them. So when we go without all of the calories we should eat to fuel our bodies our bodies start sending out a signal that sais "hey she's starving us, lock it down" and that is what your body is doing. Increase your calories and keep burning the calories and you will lose, I promise.

Arm Exercise!
Hey Dana, Get you a pair of weights from Wal-mart 5 lbs. they do not cost that much and once you buy them they are yours.... Or use a can of soup they are about 1lb. a piece.
Ok for the arms, google arm exercises, flabby arm exercises. It's hard for me to tell you how to do it on FS... But they work, when I didn't go to the gym that's all I used was a set of hand weights, in fact I have a 5lb. here in my office and during my break I do my arm exercise... Good luck!
