Directions
- Mix together all the marinade ingredients.
- Place the chicken breasts in a re-closeable plastic bag.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, close the bag.
- Toss well to coat the chicken with the marinade.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Drain and discard the marinade.
- Grill, broil or sauté as desired.

Fantastic! I used low-sodium soy sauce and only marinated for about 30 min (I was really hungry!) and it came out juicy and delicious. And it was really easy, so I think this one will become a regular.
