Do you think that counting calories works?
We all wish thinks were that easy, that cut and dry, but they are not. If everybody quit sugar, and just ate when they were hungry, we would not be in fatsecret. Obesity is running rapid. I agree with KK, whatever work for you, may not work for another person. We all have to figure out what works for them. Counting makes me accountable.4 more pounds to lose to my goal weight of 143. Is Quitting An Option???
Absolutely Not. What we all are doing is a lifestyle change. We slip up, we get up and keep trying. No more excuses. Everyday we pray and make decisions, some good some bad. Those bad decisions can have dire consequences on our health. Let's suceed togetheir.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
definately every morning after I exercise. I let that dictate my calorie count.
