Starting Fat Smash Diet
Hi! I'm Christina and I heard about Fat Smash from a girl at work. She lost 17 lb in 3 weeks and is really excited about this diet. So I went to google and found this place. LOL I'm going to order the book and get started with phase 1 today/tomorrow based on the tips listed here. I love veggies so hopefully phase 1 won't be too difficult. Does anyone know if mustard is allowed on phase 1?

My little brother is getting married at the end of April and I'd really like to lose some weight for that, in addition to losing weight in general. I've been trying to lose weight for years, it seems, and it always seems to come back after I lose a few pounds. I'm starting today at 167.3 lbs and I'm not happy about that. I'm 5'0", so the weight is VERY visible on me. LOL I'm 27 and I have 2 kids (ages 6 and 3). Nice to "meet" everyone!
