losing 1.5 lb a week

Well, I have thought about something last night and asked my boyfriend
what he thought and he agreed with me. Which is I'm not going to weigh at all before my June appointment. The reason is because if I see my weight before then and I don't like the results as much as I'd like then that will get me down and that something I don't need right now is to be depressed or stressed about the weight. I need to be strong and focused right now.

Okay so while I was working out (swimming) I got a call from my patient advocate and left a message stating that the psychologist got them my paper work which included the all clear letter for the surgery. Yay! I officially have everything that needed to be completed on my list done! The last and final one is being at the 309 goal weight. Which I will work my butt off this month to get there. I have a new workout schedule now which will be 6 days a week!
Monday and Wednesday there are 2 night water aerobics classes back to back.
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday I will go during the day like I was before. As long as I do the classes which 2 hours is a good workout and then a hour or hour an a half on the other days I'm pretty sure I'll hit my goal. I won't be weighing until the 17th and then again on the 31st to see if I'm close to the weight goal. Actually I don't know if I would want to know on the 31st and just wait and see what it is on June 5th when I see the surgeon again.

I haven't written on here for some time. Been going a little crazy and stressed about this surgery. Time is flying by and I'm no way near the weight I wanted to be at when I met with the surgeon last week. I need to lose the rest of this 17 pounds in order to be at the goal weight of 309 pounds so I can get the ball rolling to be scheduled for the surgery. I was told as long as I'm at the 309 on June 5th then I will be scheduled for the pre op class and then scheduled for the surgery. It could be as soon as the end of June or beginning of July.
Its crunch time in order for me to lose the 17 pounds I need to at least lose 5 pounds a week. I have decided to stop weighing myself weekly because it goes up and down and that gets me down about it. So what I've done so I don't cheat and check my weight is that I told the ladies (trainers) at my gym that I'm not to weigh until the 17th and they're on board for it. That's one good thing about my gym they all care for one another and the employees/trainers are awesome they really help there and want to see you succeed at your goals. Only down side which isn't that bad is that I had to quit using the treadmill because my joints where starting to hurt. Too much weight on me right now and I don't need to make myself worse when I'm trying to make myself better. I am on the other hand still swimming 4-5 days a week and going to 2 of the water aerobics classes.
