Okay so last night I gave in and had some nachos for dinner with my boyfriend. I know it was bad. I got that out of my system so next time I make it for him I won't eat any. I love cheese and have actually done really good going without since I've been with my boyfriend. Its been a year and some months and I think I've bought cheese 3 or 4 times. Velveeta is the only type if cheese he eats so its pretty helpful that he doesn't eat cheese. I used to in the past add tons of shredded mexican cheese to my tacos and burritos.

Today I'm back to the gym for swimming and then I will most likely do the treadmill again too. I wanted to see if I had any pain with my body when I woke up and nope none at all. So today I will do a extra round of laps at the pool and add 5 minutes to the treadmill. Tomorrow is weigh in so hopefully I've lost at least a pound for this challenge. To be continued..... :)

Went to the gym today and got 50 minutes of swimming and water aerobics in. I also just finished doing 10 minutes of weights and 15 minutes on the treadmill here at home. I didn't get to the gym on Tuesday as I planned but tomorrow and Saturday I'll be going as well. Then to my planned scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I will be weighing myself every Saturday after my workout for the challenge I'm doing since I have to weigh in on every Monday. I have so much energy right now that I would like to do more but I can't push myself. I still need to get pictures taken (need to get Eric (my boyfriend) to do it tonight) so I have one before I started working out, another right before my surgery (for my goal weight they told me I need to be at for the surgery), then another one 6 months after surgery and one last one when I hit my goal weight.

Today I went to get my blood taken for the labs. I also went to see my primary doctor and have lost another 2 pounds. I have to say my scale is a liar though (it was 3 lbs higher than the doctors) lol compared to the scales at the doctors office. I've lost 19 lbs since Feb. 7th and that was just by eating healthy. If I can lose that much in a month then I will hit the weight goal for the surgery maybe lose more then the weight goal. So today I will start working out on the treadmill but will be taking it slow.

I think the hardest thing is not being able to have a glass of wine or a few other drinks with my boyfriend. But those are calories I don't need and totally not worth having. I believe what the surgeon said about drinking is that they're empty calories you don't need. I haven't failed yet even though a few things have been pretty tempting but I was stronger and said nope not worth it.
