No change in weight but that's better than going up, I suppose.
I did make it to the gym last night! I have a new 'perspective' that I'm trying to implement in my day to day thoughts, in regards to my health. I've decided to take the stand point of going to the gym, every day when possible. My goal is to see how much I can make my body change by simply working out as much as possible. I start off on the exercise bike for a minimum of 20 minutes. Yesterday I used the 'random' mode so that I had hills here and there to pedal against. After my 25 minutes (5 min. cool down) I then go to the women's only workout room and do the weight machines in 1 of 2 circuits. I try to alternate. I do a minimum of 12 reps. twice on each machine and try to do it on the heaviest setting that allows me to make it through my reps. Last night I felt pretty good when I left.
I'm also liking my new vitamin regimen. I feel pretty good today. I've really cut back on my lattes and am drinking decaf (for the most part) coffee. I've been averaging about 2 cups a day. Yesterday, after a heavy carb ridden lunch, I was so stinkin' tired. I realized that carbs make me tired so am trying to remember that on a daily basis as I'm sick of feeling tired all the time. I like this fresh, energetic feeling I've been having. I contribute most of it to the vitamins. I plan to order some vitamin B12 spray to replace my coffee. Mostly I like to drink coffee for something 'to do' while sitting at my desk working. Putting something flavorful in my mouth seems to appeal to me. We'll see how I do in that department.
Well, better get back to work.

I've been doing really well with cutting down on my sugar intake. I've been eating fairly healthy, too. My only set back is my water intake. For some reason I have a hard time developing that habit.
Got my bags packed for the gym tonight. Going straight after work.

Man, today is a really down day for me. I'm feeling stressed on the financial front and am feeling a bit of anxiety about signing up with an online university to get a degree. I start on the 18th and hope I'm not biting off more than I can chew.
Trying not to think about the stuff that's stressing me out today and it sure is hard. My head has all sorts of static in it from the stress... UGH! I should be okay on the food front, though, as I have good snacks on hand.
Could use some extra prayeres today for lifted spirits.

Feeling pretty darn good today. Started taking Super B Complex along with Vit. C & D. I also started taking some herbs to help with memory function. I think it's called "memora" or something like that. It's made up of several herbs. The combination has really helped with my 'pep and go'. =) The only thing bothering me today is a bit of a scratchy throat.
Didn't gain or lose yesterday but I'm okay with that.

Think I'm gonna stay home today. My throat glands are so swollen it's hard (and hurts) to talk. I hate feeling sick! Gonna load up on Vitamin C today. Mom suggested Super B as well, but will need to go get that.
Looks like I had another good day on the scale.
