I am married and have 1 daughter. I have an accounting degree, but I am happily a stay at home mom for now. I lost weight on Jenny Craig about 17 years ago, and slowly gained it back and then some, while working at a desk job. I had a commute and worked long hours. It did not leave me anytime to workout or exercise.

I have been up and down with my weight all my life. I have just decided it is time for me to gain control.

Share your tips for getting the water in!
I agree. I drink more of anything when I use a straw. Now my choice of drink is water. However, I am using Crystal Light in it. I will continue to use the Crystal Light until my weight loss becomes stagnant. This will at least give me something else to cut back.

Pecans
I love to add them to my salads. They are great on baby spinach salad with balsamic vinegar dressing and add crumbled bacon. The old me, used to add them to waffle or pancake batter. Maybe one day I will be able to enjoy them like that again.

Hey! Can I come into this group? I restarted this weeks after being away for 6 months. I am looking to get back on track and get me under control. It worked before, so I know I can do it again.
