This sounds wonderful...I don't think The Next Number realizes this site is for all diets and this fits Atkins nicely! I can't wait to try it!

Is there a misprint in the ingredients for this? It says to use 1 chicken breast, but that it makes 5 servings. Also, a cup of EVOO seems a tad excessive for just one breast. I was thinking I would make it with 3-5 breasts, and keep the amounts of the other ingredients as written. Wondering what others have done???
