Very delicious and low carb way to enjoy chicken.
Ingredients
Directions
- Chop the garlic cloves into very tinny cubes.
- Pre-heat the olive oil in a pan, after it reaches high, add the chopped garlic.
- Salt and pepper the chicken pieces and add to the pan.
- Fry on both sides until turns a nice brown color, decrease temperature and cover, cook for 25 minutes.
- To serve, cover with 2 tablespoons of the garlic olive oil sauce, enjoy.
