I bought You on a Diet early January 2007. I've read it. It offers a healthy life style change I want but I'm having problems starting. I went for my annual physical last week. My doctor is concern since I gained 10lbs from last year and I am now 45. Anyhow, I read about this site in the local paper. I thought I must get serious. Why not register and start today March 5th.

It's now Sept 2012. I am 50. After I joined I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and then PBC. And the last few years menopause. Basically, several weight gains. I have great doctors and slowly understanding my body. It is such hard work to get the weight off each time. I realize staying healthy is a daily fight and I have no choice. FS is a great tool. Time to use Diet Calendar again.

It's now Mar 2017. I am 55. I've gain some weight. Last year worked with a health coach. I continue with gym membership and other classes . It's not getting any easier. Frustrating.

Aug 2022. I'm 60. Covid-19 changed us all over the last few years. Gave up gym in Nov after years. It's been hard to find the same consistency exercising at home. On and off just like my eating. Working from home. Work on exiting more often.

I was looking for this too. I'm sure I use to search the groups, but I cannot find it. I'm 99% sure I could also search the forum. I cannot find that either.

Calories
katana_x, great advice. I was concerned myself about trying to maintain in the 1200's in that it could be too low. I'm 5'4" and a book I'm reading the calculation came out to 1600. It suggests to go higher and when plateau increase exercise. It stresses to find a level you can live on the rest of your life including once you reach your goal. So far this week I've been in the 1400's and it's good. What's important for me is to eat all meals plus snacks. Also to make good healthy choices. BUT easier said than done. Also congrats on your excellent results.

Fiber One Cereal numbers
I had issues finding also but "Fiber One (Original)" nutritional info matches my cereal box so I used it. I just looked at who added and they are also Canadian. I've often see variations between countries. Mine is also made by General Mills but the name on the box is "fibre 1". That's why I couldn't find. Confusing.
