Salmon One Pot

From frozen to table in less than half and hour.

Directions

  1. Place frozen salmon fillets in oven safe dish.
  2. Add peppers and potatoes.
  3. Add garlic and pepper.
  4. Pour water and oil over everything and cover.
  5. Bake at 410° F (210° C) for 20 to 25 minutes.

This sounds delicious, but I'd leave out the peppers. Only because I don't like them.
