Best time to exercise?
its better to exercise in the morning because when you exercise it increases your metabolism up to 6 hours after you work out. this helps you burn off more food that you eat throughout the whole day. its still good to workout at night (just not as good) because it increases your metabolism, really slightly, to burn a little more than usual when you are asleep. however, exercise is still exercise lol. as long as you do it, i dont think the time should matter. =]
