I fell off the wagon a while back. I can give a million reasons for it but I wont. I am owning up to it. Truth be told the only reason was me. I did it to myself. So, I am fixing it myself. Once I owned up to it I find it much easier to do this. I will do this & stay where I need to be to be healthy!!! No if's ands or but's about it!
