Classic Mashed Cauliflower
A great substitute for mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
Directions
- Chop cauliflower into flourettes, boil until very tender (about 10 minutes).
- Drain and place in a blender or food processor.
- Add olive oil and water, one tablespoon at a time until a smooth consistency, similar to mashed potatoes, is reached.
- Season with salt and pepper and/or chives to taste. Serve immediately.

what is the serving size???

On the weight watchers diet you must count each item. that is, Cauliflower has so many point, olive oil has so many points and whatever else you add. I can't wait to try this. Love the "mashers" at Houlihans.

You don't count the points for Filling Foods if that is the part of the Momentum plan you are following...& the first 2 tsp. of health oil are not counted as well.

TO CNJ4755:
I have been doing WW since Dec and am happy to say I have lost 46 lbs so far. 28 to go. It is my understanding that you EAT filling foods and oil, but you must still COUNT whatever POINTS they are. I always count the points. Check with your leader. Good luck. Helaine
