Hi I'm 46, married and mother of two beautiful girls. I live in New Jersey but was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. I work a full time job as a paralegal and take care of my family as well full time.
Life is good and can only get better. Gained most of my weight after the girls were born. Been on WW, Atkins, NutriSystem, etc. I'm tired of being tired all the time. I can't stand to look at myself. I feel terrible about myself. There's many reasons as to why I've gained all this weight and its all to do with unhappiness. I must make changes.

Tewey - good philosophy!! It is most definitely an ongoing learning process with Atkins. I read as much as I can and try to absorb all the information, however I believe that I am "overthinking" everything and thereby making it difficult on myself. Simple is better.

200 lbs, here I come
that is one of my goals....to be able to wear my engagement ring again. Its beautiful and has been sitting in a box for about 6 years.
