Working out after breast augmentation?
Thanks so much! She had mentioned that I could start to walk on the treadmill a few days post-op. I have a really bad habit of doing too much too soon, so I wanted to see what other people's experience has been afterwards. My pre-op is tomorrow, super excited!

Working out after breast augmentation?
Hello. I had a question for the ladies of FS that have had breast augmentation. I am scheduled to have it done on September 21st, and I have been pretty neurotic about working out 5-6 times a week for almost a year now. I'm getting a little nervous about having to take some time off after surgery, and I was wondering how soon after surgery you were able to start being active again? How long after surgery were you able to run again? I'd like to start training for a half marathon sometime in November, but I don't want to push it. Thanks in advance!

Working out
I have not done turbofire yet. My sister in law has it, and she didn't find it to be very good, however, I think her motivation and diet were a little lacking. I did Chalean though. It's about the same price, but it's more or less strength training than cardio. It is AWESOME! I'm actually in the middle of doing it for the second time this year. I lost a little under 20 lbs after the first round, and now I am training for a triathlon so I'm only doing the strength trainig videos from it now. It works really well, and the weights that I bought were like $40 for the set at Kmart. I'd look into it. I found it to be very easy to follow and it kept me motivated. Good luck!
