Hormones and weight loss
I recently returned to counting points with the WW plan and coincidently have started on hormone replacement therapy. I stayed under my allowed points all week and exercised and had no weight loss in a week. In my past experiences, once I put my mind to it and wrote down everything I ate, the first week usually brought big weight loss. Is it the estrogen?? Will I eventually settle down and lose? I've been on the hormone for 2+ weeks.
