Beef and Asparagus Stir-Fry

Asian style beef stir-fry with asparagus and mushrooms.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice beef into strips.
  2. Mix broth, corn starch, soy sauce, and ginger in a bowl and set aside.
  3. In nonstick skillet add olive oil and garlic cook for 2-3 minutes. Add beef and brown until done.
  4. Add vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Pour sauce mixture over meat and vegetables, simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce reaches desired consistency.
