Unexpected large weight loss
Caution, this post contains a mature topic. This is a serious question and I trust we can handle it like adults.
I have been dieting and exercising since February. Started at 208 now down to 181. My goal is 165. Since I have been at it for a while my weight loss is generally pretty stable at 1-2 pounds per week. But last week I unexpectedly lost 7 pounds in a single week.
I did not alter my diet or exercise at all, same routine.
There was only one unusual thing I did last week. For lets say "personal reasons", I did an unusually large amount of masturbation without climaxing. I did 2-3 hours a day each day all week, edging but not allowing climax to occur. I have never done anything like that before.
Is there any way that could be related to the unexpected weight loss? If so, is it safe to repeat?

Why isnt sexual intercourse available as a choice for excercise?
5 times a week = 150kcal....kcal per hour is 330. 150/330 = 27 minutes. 27 minutes / 5 times = 5 minutes 27 seconds per time.
Clearly you are doing it wrong =)

It certainly burns more calories than standing, sitting, resting, or sleeping.
Another website says intercourse is good for about 330kcal per hour depending on your weight.
I imagine it would also depend significantly on style etc but Im not trying to debate finer points here. I just think it should be an option in the list.
