do you drink alcohol and still lose weight?
My buddies asked me to go for a beer tonight and I said maybe because my mind has alarm bells going off just thinking of all the calories.
I never drink alcohol so this is literally a one off, but I feel so bad. I have one cheat day per week and I had that yesterday ( KFC )
Should I go or should I pass it by?

how do you curve your cravings and reduce your appetite?
Try an avocado as well. They are filling and also they are classed as a super food for fat burning!! I try to eat at least 4 per week.
Google avocado weight loss and see for yourself....
