Have not weighed in for ages and went to WW this evening. Just returned and weighed in at 109.8 up 2.4. from my last weigh in. Not very happy with myself as I have been on track for 2 weeks and thought that maybe I would weigh the same as I did probably 6 months ago. Well I have done it now and hope I can continue to stay on track and lose heaps.

Got through the weekend - have been on track and tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I started watching myself. Hope to continue being on track.

Day 12 and been pretty good. Think I will actually go to a WW meeting on Monday as joining is free and it will be good for me to weigh in and see what is happening.
