Have not weighed in for ages and went to WW this evening. Just returned and weighed in at 109.8 up 2.4. from my last weigh in. Not very happy with myself as I have been on track for 2 weeks and thought that maybe I would weigh the same as I did probably 6 months ago. Well I have done it now and hope I can continue to stay on track and lose heaps.

They reckon its quite usual to go up and down a little. Fluid etc can all add to your weight. Don't worry you will be fine. Best of wishes..

I think too as we get older the metabolism slows down or something but stick with your plan and as another grandmother almost 60 I say, "We can do it!"

And as another grandmother just turned 67, we are never too old, right? = to do IT!!!!!! Weight loss of course.....Keep on trucking Helcha-weight always fluctuates over short term, so you have to get to look at the bigger picture.

Helcha, where you hadn't weighed in for ages... you never know but you might have actually lost in the last 2 weeks the fact that you've been so good. So despite the scales not playing at you might like... I think you deserve lots of praise. :o) At least you now you have a guage to work with again... so just keep up the great work and I'm sure you'll receive a reward for all your hard work. :o)
