This weekend was HOPELESS. We were invited out for dinner on Saturday night to a friend that is a gourmet cook and as soon as I say the buffet table I knew I was a gonner. There was nothing there that I could put in my mouth and so I had the lot. I also continued eating on Sunday as once again we were invited to a friends place for lunch and I could easily have made the right choices but I didn't.
So its Monday once again and I hope to be on track all this week.

Am trying once AGAIN to get back on track. Have not been good for ages and hope I can stick to this this time around. Have been good 2 whole days and would love to continue. I know its going to be difficult (as it is for everyone else) as we are always going out and entertaining. Will try and do the best I can.
