Am trying once AGAIN to get back on track. Have not been good for ages and hope I can stick to this this time around. Have been good 2 whole days and would love to continue. I know its going to be difficult (as it is for everyone else) as we are always going out and entertaining. Will try and do the best I can.

Glad to see you back! And on track! At least when you are entertaining, you are in control of what's offered. Eating out is hardest - at least for me. That's why I don't do it much any more!

Thanks for writing. Have been on track for 3 whole days and hope to continue. We eat out a lot and it is a challenge to remain committed but I know it can be done - e.g. went out last night for dinner to a restaurant, are out this Saturday for dinner, out to a friends place for lunch on Sunday - all these meals are being prepared by my friends who are great cooks. Well I guess it is a challenge to be in control and I hope to be in control.
