44 year old male happily married to a great woman for 20 years. We have 4 wonderful kids, 3 girls one boy.
I'm here to try and get in better shape and monitor my food intake. Also trying to loose my stubborn belly ha ha. I have always been really active. I have a garage gym setup and love crossfit type of exercises.
Currently I'm doing 6 day weight lifting with one day rest and roughly 20 min cardiovascular sessions.
I'm trying to figure out my percentages of intake so I can cut my body fat lower than 15.5 percent. As this is where I currently stand.
I just started this new program to shred fat and gain muscle so will see how it goes. Happy journey.
